Value foundation of the behavior of managers of different administrative levels: comparative analysis

The research paper describes the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying specific features of the value-semantic sphere inherent in managers of different levels, which influence the regulation of their behavior and the adoption of managerial decisions. A comparative analysis of the data of psychological diagnostics of managers of trading companies was conducted by a number of parameters. It is shown that the most distinct differences between the samples of managers of different managerial levels are related to the structure of personal values, their expressiveness at the normative and behavioral level.
